Welcome to Villa Avoti — the perfect place to relax on the shores of Lake Matiņa, where everything is designed for you to escape from daily life or celebrate special moments with family and friends.
Villa Avoti opened its doors to guests in 2018. Before that, the house was home to a family with children. The children grew up, and the villa began its new life. The owners decided to showcase all the beauty of this place — both inside and out.
In 2021, many new features and improvements were added: a new terrace with a sauna and a plunge pool on the lake shore, a log gazebo, and a shared lounge.
Guests from any room can enjoy a picnic with barbecue, grill, or shashlik. Breathtaking views of wildlife open up before guests, and you might even spot a hare or a fox on the grounds.

Our complex has five rooms: Emerald, Topaz, Sapphire, Diamond, and Aquamarine.
Emerald and Topaz are standard double rooms with a view of Lake Matiņa.
Sapphire is a romantic room for two with a jacuzzi and panoramic windows.
Diamond features a transformable, multifunctional double bed.
Aquamarine is an apartment with a cast-iron bath and a private pool, where the water is 28–30°C all year round.
Getting to us is easy: take the Pskov highway — 40 minutes by car from Riga. You can also come by bus or train.

Additionally: the guest house is located in a green area among lakes, not far from the centre of Sigulda. Nearby is the Park of Knowledge and Harmonisation — an environment shaped by nature and man. All the main attractions and entertainment of Sigulda (Krimuldas Manor, Turaida Medieval Castle, Daldaris Waterfall, Gutman's Cave, Mežakaķis Track, Tarzan Adventure Park, Raganas Klints Cliff, the bobsleigh and luge track, bungee jumping, Aerodium) are within a 5 km radius. Villa Avoti guest house is situated in a well-developed area: the town has many cafés and restaurants. At the Chocolate shopping centre, you will find a network of shops and the Lora cinema.
